The Dimensional Group employs a variety of die cutters and techniques to create a multitude of distinctive products.

Steel rule die cutting cuts through the substrate to create the desired shape or product. We die cut substrates such as vinyls, card stock, board, lexan, rigid vinyls, and styrene up to .25" thickness in format sizes up to 27" x 40".

Thermal die cutting creates a kiss cut on pressure-sensitive vinyl decal applications. Pre-masked decals are also one of our products.
